A Gideon Youth Teaching Experience

An immersive visual teaching project created to bring the story of Gideon to life for a modern youth audience—combining Scripture, storytelling, cinematic visuals, and coordinated presentation media.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

When God Calls You Brave was created as a youth teaching experience built around the story of Gideon in Judges 6–7. The goal was to take a familiar Bible story and present it in a way that felt relevant, visual, and meaningful to young people today.

The project combines story development, Scripture, teaching content, cinematic presentation graphics, modern-day connections, and coordinated visual storytelling to carry one central message:

“God sees who you can become before you can see it yourself.”

From Gideon hiding in fear to stepping forward in faith, the experience was designed to help students understand that they don't have to feel ready or brave before God can begin using them.

Turn a biblical story into a visual teaching experience that helps young people see themselves in the story—and trust God with their own “300 moment.”
